tasting pies

on Thursday we tasted some pies all the pies was cheeseburger pie custard apple pie venison pie and chicken pasta pie.my favourite pie was the cheeseburger pie.and also the first pie it was a cheeseburger Park

     Today we made Jed's venison and mint pie. I made it with Jack Raphael Ruby and me.Me and Jack cut up the venison the next thing I did is cut up the mint with Raphael. Well me and Raphael  are cuting up the mint Ruby and Jack's cooking the venison I hope Jude wins because Callum coming from a his shop to judge the pies.

on Friday we went to the disco at patutahi hall.  there was popcorn there was pizza he was slushies and there were tickets and there was dance floor

Today we continued our pie posters and finished them. this is my poster. the whole class made posters about pies. We had to make them colourful and put pictures in it and do bold bright writing. my pie is a pasta Rosemary cheese and steak pie.  we are going to make the pies next week and do the gravy fillings.  

herbs

today we tested some herbs. My favourite herb was the rosemary.The herbs were Rosemary thyme garlic and chives mustard seeds oregano parsley and chilli flakes there's more herbs like mint basil sage.me Carlos and Zac we're on the same table.In my pie I'm going to put rosemary and mustard seeds.The mustard seeds to also crunchy the rosemary was soft.
